I am so sick of this country feeding the world!! -- 570 million dollars for ONE country!!?? They need to learn about birth control first & foremost. I know foreign aid is part of our government,s financial "pie",--but damn, we need to catch up HERE at home first!

If you meet somebody on the street that asked you money because, he says he is hungry, you have 2 choices:
    1) you can give him cash, hoping that he will buy some food, not a beer!
    2) you can give the sandwich you just bought and buy another one.
Not giving at all is one thing, giving more less money is another one, in the USA or abroad, but in all cases what is important is this:
Giving 570 millions of dollar and not knowing IF that money was well spent ...UP to the last penny that hurts...somewhere!
Still back to square one: give a fish to someone....you feed that person for one day, show him how to fish..it is for life!
